Matteo Cattonar was born in Verona (Italy), he studied at the Artistic High School. During the following years Matteo attended the artistic studio Visionaria, held by a famous artist of the region. There Cattonar took his first steps into painting and tried several styles and many different techniques.

His current style is still evolving and trasforming. During his artistic research he took part to many collective exhibitions and he cooperated with many realities of the international art world. He currently working with  Palma art gallery also took part to a few projects involving paintings and contemporary dance, working on the contamination between art and the research of movement.

Cattonar cooperates with schools and private associations, leading artistic workshops for children.
